Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
Abiodun has a first degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (1988) and an MBA in Finance from Obafemi Awolowo University (1999). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and Fellow, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS). He attended the Euromoney Senior Management Development Programme in 2001 and the Executive Management Programme of the London Management Centre in 2009.
Mr. Akinjayeju served as Special Adviser to the Honourable Commissioner for Finance of Lagos State on Technical Matters. He assumed responsibility at FundQuest in July 2012 from FBN Capital Limited where he was at various times Head, Capital Markets, CEO FBN Securities Limited (a subsidiary of FBN Capital), and later as Vice President in charge of Investment Management overseeing the Funds and Asset Management business of the First Bank subsidiary between 2006 and 2011.
Prior to joining FBN Capital Limited, he was in charge of the Investment Banking Unit in the Corporate Finance Group of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Between 1995 and 2001, Abiodun had responsibilities for the Capital Markets, Securities Underwriting and Wealth Management businesses of Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers).
Abiodun’s experience includes leading key deal structuring in project finance, financial advisory, debt and equity capital raising, investment management, and securities trading. He also has significant hands-on experience in privatisation advisory (buy-side and sell-side deal structuring), management buy-out and SME balance sheet restructuring.
Executive Director / Chief Operating Officer
Bisi holds a distinguished first Degree in Economics and also, a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is a Council Member and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), both in Nigeria. Bisi is a fellow of the London-based Leadership for Environment and Development [www.lead.org] where he has been involved in developing initiatives in the areas of business and investment sustainability.
He won the best graduating student awards in the professional examinations of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Bisi was a past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FBN Securities Limited, the stockbrokerage business of First Bank of Nigeria Plc. Prior to that position, he was the Head, Funds Asset Management of FBN Capital Limited with responsibilities for FBN Heritage Fund and principal investment.
Bisi started his career as an Officer with North-South Bank Plc. He then worked briefly with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) before joining Financial Derivatives Company Limited as an Economist and Head, Research and Financial Advisory Department. Bisi joined the First Bank Group in 1999; first with FBN (Merchant Bankers) Limited and later in 2006, worked in FBN Capital Limited in Research and Strategy; and Asset Management divisions.
Bisi has extensive experience in the provision of investment advisory, strategy, personal finance, economic research, stockbrokerage and portfolio management. Bisi, an articulate system thinker, combines rich understanding of economics with investment. He has featured at C-level corporate audiences teaching corporate renewal, equity investing, strategy formulation and corporate motivation.
Head, Operations & Management Services
Kunle holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Actuarial Science Specialty) with First-Class Honours and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, both from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and obtained a Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Kunle was a multiple Prize Winner in ICAN Examinations. He attended the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Programme at the Euromoney Learning Solution in London, United Kingdom in 2017.
Kunle has over 9 years’ experience covering financial management and reporting, financial planning and budgeting, tax planning and management, business strategy, corporate structure, and back office operations/IT Services. He currently leads the Operations & Management Services team at FundQuest, with main responsibilities for managing the Company’s financial operations across its business segments, overseeing the business support services, and coordinating the Digital Transformation Strategy.
As a Business Process Analyst, Kunle is very skilled in thinking through and automating business processes, leveraging the gamut of Microsoft Productivity tools, particularly SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps. He is equally skilled in Data Modelling using R and Python, and quite competent in building Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model. Kunle is an active retail investor in the Nigerian equities, fixed income securities, and evolving class of digital financial assets. He is married and blessed with a daughter.
Head, Treasury & Financial Institutions
Margaret is a seasoned financial expert on a mission to acquire and build lasting client-based relationships. She graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a Master of Science in Information Science.
Her experience spans financial institutions, capital markets, and the financial servicing industry with over a decade of experience. Over the years, she has honed her skills in developing strategies and techniques used to identify and attract quality customers. Skilled in Negotiation, Sales & Marketing, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Customer Relationship Management, Corporate/Institutional Sales, Communication, and Team Management.
Margaret’s current mandate at FundQuest is to leverage her skill and experience to proffer innovative solutions to clients’ investment needs while expanding FundQuest’s clientele.
Ag. Head, Credit Origination & Management
Olakunle holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree programme, also at the University of Lagos.
Olakunle has over 7 years professional experience, cutting across Credit Prospecting, Origination, Analysis, Documentation and Post-Disbursement Management. His current mandates in FundQuest is to drive the growth of the Company’s Commercial Credit Portfolio, including expanding the Company’s footprint in the Equipment Leasing market.
Head, Risk Management & Compliance
Olusegun holds a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
Olusegun supervises the Risk Management & Compliance function at FundQuest. He has over a decade’s experience in the financial services sector, working at various times with Access Bank, Accion MFB, Letshego MFB and Wapic Insurance Plc. His extensive work experience in Risk Management cuts across the fields of Internal Audit, Internal Control and Compliance, Business Process Review and Improvement, Credit Administration and Recovery, amongst others.
Head, Brand Communication & Customer Experience
Joan holds a bachelors degree in Science Laboratory Technology, a Post-Graduate Diploma from Digital Marketing Institute Ireland and a certified microMasters in Strategic Brand Management from Curtin University, Australia.

Aduragbemi holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting and he is a seasoned Chartered Accountant. He is a Certified Quality Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) and also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA).
Aduragbemi is an Experienced Auditor with over 12 years demonstrable experience in diverse industries, including Banking and Real Estate. He is skilled in Internal Audit, Financial Accounting, Microsoft Excel, and Risk Management. He maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accuracy.
